We have enjoyed our stay with the Bofingers at their amazing new home, however today it was time to bid them farewell and continue north towards Brisbane.
We are now settled in at the Pine River Showground at Lawnton, to the north of Brisbane. Our site is beside the wood chop arena. If I close my eyes I can almost hear them chopping furiously with the crowd cheering.
Tomorrow we plan to spend the day with Drew and get to meet Connor.
We plan to stay couple of nights at the Pine Rivers Show Ground, which is one of a very few places in Brisbane that allow dogs. The drive up was mostly along the M1 freeway.
